The Telephone interviewer role is a flexible home-based role. You choose the shifts that suit you.
The role offers ongoing employment, both Full and Part Time - ideal for people of all backgrounds/ages; parents, students at any level, actors, musicians, those running a part-time business or individuals simply seeking variety in their working hours. The role is perfect for anyone that enjoys building rapport over the phone while maintaining our high standards for data collection.
You’ll be calling customers of our well-known clients gathering essential feedback on their experiences. Telephone interviewers are an integral part of our data collection operations.

What are we looking for?
Professional phone manner
Exceptional customer service
Ability to hit targets, be goal oriented
Computer Literate
Previous Market Research, Call Centre or face to face customer service experience is preferred
Technical Requirements
To be set up to work from home, you will require the following equipment:
Fast, stable, and reliable internet connection
Up to date smartphone to install our VPN authentication app
Windows 10 Laptop with minimum 4GB RAM (Macs not supported). Anti-Virus must be installed.

Shifts Times:
Weekdays
09:00 – 17:00
14:00 - 20:00
16:00 - 20:00
17:00 – 20:00
Weekend
Saturday: 10am - 4pm (when available)
Requesting a minimum of 3 shifts per week is preferred.
