Full Job Description

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing problems with hardware and software

• Installation: Setting up, configuring, and managing software, operating systems, and hardware

• Network management: Developing and maintaining local networks, and providing basic network support

• Data management: Handling data processing, ensuring data security and integrity, and managing backups

• System monitoring: Regularly monitoring IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure they are available

• User support: Providing technical support to users, including training and troubleshooting

• Reporting: Generating reports on operations, using hotel management systems or other tools

• System upgrades: Managing system upgrades and software patches

• Cybersecurity: Enforcing security protocols to protect data from cyber threats

• Collaboration: Working with management to improve operational efficiency
