Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities:1. Daily Station Visits: Conduct on-site visits to monitor operations, ensure compliance, and identify areas for process improvement.2. Operational Issue Management: Address on-ground challenges promptly and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.3. Female Associate Engagement: Maintain open communication to understand concerns, foster inclusivity, and empower professional growth.4. Daily Reporting: Submit performance reports with insights to guide management decisions and drive continuous improvement.5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors and management to align station activities and promote teamwork.6. Mobilization Efforts: Prioritize efforts in mobilizing women into non-traditional roles and opportunities.7. Partnerships with NGOs and local government to ensure induction of new delivery associates in the system.
