Full Job Description

• Customer service: Greeting customers, listening to concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Technical knowledge: Diagnosing problems using technical knowledge and physical inspections

• Communication: Explaining to customers what's required, what's been done, and how long it will take

• Scheduling: Booking appointments and service check-ups

• Cost estimates: Estimating repair costs and time

• Warranty: Advising customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings

• Documentation: Logging labor and parts costs, and documenting repairs

• Customer complaints: Managing complaints and addressing delays

• Marketing: Finding new customers and marketing dealership services

• Vehicle history: Researching vehicle history to inform repair plans

• Price sheets: Managing and updating price sheets and service menus

• Payment: Processing customer Payments and obtaining necessary documentation and signatures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
