Full Job Description

• Customer retention: Maintaining high customer retention and satisfaction

• Customer complaints: Monitoring customer complaints and assisting in resolving them

• Customer service: Contacting customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction

• Customer reports: Preparing monthly reports on customer satisfaction, including results of factory-generated surveys

• Customer scheduling: Scheduling and confirming service appointments for new customers

• Customer follow-up: Following up with all parties after a repair has been completed

• Customer data management: Managing customer data

• Marketing automation: Automating marketing

• Sales support: Supporting sales
